steam是计算机游戏界数码最大的发行平台，是个游戏整合下载平台，很多喜欢玩游戏的玩家都喜欢在steam上面下载游戏，但是很多朋友在注册账号的时候遇到了问题，有时候甚至连网页都打不开，这是什么原因呢，经过查找原因，发现原来是DNS污染出现了，这时候我们应该怎么办呢，不要着急，今天就让我来为大家解决这个问题吧。
01首先第一步我们要先打开电脑，然后要在键盘上找到Ctrl+C并且点击，接着会出现一个运行的小界面，在这个界面的中间有个输入框，在输入框中输入cmd，然后会出现另外一个界面。
02在接下来出现的界面中输入：netsh winsock reset，这是重置当前网络基础设置的命令，重置之后我们不要关电脑和命令符。
03接着重置完成之后我们要输入一下命令：netsh interface ip set dns 本地连接 static 223.5.5.5，当然不同的电脑，相应的DNS也是不同的，这里我只是给大家做个参考。

05接着我们打开我们steam平台，发现我们可以注册了，steam也恢复正常了。
